Safe Return Card

Family members and caregivers of persons with dementia may often be concerned about the safety and well-being of their love one. The Safe Return Card helps persons with dementia and their family members by serving as a means of identification if they lose their way. It would also enable members of the public to extend appropriate assistance to them.

The Safe Return Card is also known as the DDR ID Card for persons with disabilities.

The Safe Return Card offers a benefits scheme that provides cardholders with discounted rates for services and access to various facilities. The card can be generated through participating VWOs or the Alzheimer's Disease Association Caregiver Support Centre.
