  The Enhanced Performance Evaluation System (EPES)
  is a web-based system that facilitates submission by
  social service agencies of achievements like
  output, outcomes and client milestone indicators.

  Users would need to have their accounts created by the User Administrator in their agency in order to access it. Thereafter, they would use their personal SingPass ID & password to access EPES.

EPES does not support the uploading of any file types.
