SOCIAL SERVICE RESEARCH NETWORK

The Social Service Research Network brings together academics, practitioners, policy makers with interest in non-profit sector to bridge the gaps between research and practice so that research findings can be translated to actionable insights with implications for policy and practice.

NCSS organises a Social Service Research Network (SSRN) session yearly with the Institute for Policy Studies.

The network brings together academics, practitioners, policy makers with interest in non-profit sector to bridge the gaps between research and practice so that research findings can be translated to actionable insights with implications for policy and practice. It also allows our member voluntary welfare organisations to leverage on research, expertise and resources to improve services and policies that affect the social service sector. Inputs provided by non-profit agencies are used for research needs, research questions and findings.
