The IDPSS was developed by the National Council of Social Service (NCSS), in consultation with the Ministry of Social and Family Development, the IDPSS Advisory Panel and many other private, public and social service sector professionals. It aims to provide systematic guidance on how Social Service Agencies (SSAs) can assess and accelerate their digitalisation depending on their needs and digital readiness.

SSAs can take the Digital Roadmap Assessment (DRA) to guide their digitalisation journey and improve organisational effectiveness across 5 focus areas:
1. Secure, Integrated Solutions and Infrastructure
2. Enhanced Service User Experience
3. Connected Community and Partnerships
4. Data Proficiency
5. Digital Talent and Leadership
The DRA will take you approximately 15 minutes to complete. At the end of the assessment, you may download the report capturing your inputs as well as the recommended next steps.
Recommended for SSA management or staff involved in digital projects or technology.
