What is Technical Advisory? 

Technical Advisory aims to provide fully funded pre-implementation diagnosis and advisory on technology relevant to the agency. After assessing the needs of your agency, the pre-appointed consultant may provide the following services:

• Analyse existing IT funding applications, cybersecurity, hardware and/or infrastructure to identify areas of improvement

• Recommendation on modules under Project Consultancy, from the 2 tracks of Digital Implementation Consultancy or Digital Strategy Planning

Step 2: After the clinic,

Step 3: Application outcome will be communicated within 6-8 weeks.

Step 4: Once your application is approved, the consultant will contact you to begin the technical advisory.

Step 5: Once the technical advisory is completed, the consultant will obtain a signed acknowledgement from your agency and bill the full amount directly to NCSS.

What is Digital Implementation Consultancy?

Digital Implementation Consultancy aims to support Charities in the implementation of large-scale IT projects. Funding up to 80%, capped at $40,000 per project. 

• The consultancy will be provided in individual modules per IT project according to charities’ needs and budgets.
• Funding is provided directly to the pre-appointed consultants.

What modules can my agency apply for?

Who should apply for Digital Implementation Consultancy?

Agencies who:

• Can ensure project ownership, and has identified a project lead, and needed resources to work with the consultant,
• Are implementing an IT solution,
• Have a dedicated funding source to support the IT project implementation, and
• Are able to complete the project implementation within one year, or need the consultancy for only one year.

• Funding is provided directly to the pre-appointed consultants.
