The Developmental Disability Registry (DDR) is owned and administered by the National Council of Social Service (NCSS).
Application is open to all Singapore citizens and Singapore permanent residents. The DDR ID Card is issued at the sole and absolute discretion of DDR-registered agencies, based on NCSS guidelines.
The DDR ID Card is not transferable and may only be used by clients to whom the card is issued.
The benefits may only be extended upon presentation of a valid DDR ID card. The ID card has no cash value.
The use of the DDR ID card is deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions by NCSS and all participating companies.
The DDR ID card may not be altered, tampered or modified in any manner.
Lost or stolen DDR ID Cards must be immediately reported to the registered social service agencies that had issued the DDR ID card.
The DDR ID card remains the property of NCSS and must be returned upon request. Misuse of the DDR ID Card or its accompanying benefits may result in termination of the DDR ID Card or withdrawal of benefits without refund or compensation.
NCSS reserves the right to modify the structure, benefits and other features of the DDR ID Card, including these terms at any time. Use of the DDR ID Card by a cardholder will be deemed as acceptance of any amendment to the benefits, terms and conditions of the DDR ID card. NCSS will not be liable for loss or damage resulting there from.
NCSS does not negotiate or guarantee prices or terms made by participating vendors to cardholders through the DDR ID Card Benefits Scheme.
NCSS shall not be liable for any errors or omissions within these terms and conditions. NCSS reserves the right to final interpretation of these terms and conditions.
NCSS has no responsibility or obligation with respect to purchases or sales (including no responsibility or obligation for disputes between an individual cardholder and any participating vendor).
