Mr Ethan Yeo

Mr Ethan Yeo joined NCSS on 1 June 2025 as Director Information Technology and Chief Information Officer. He leads, guides, and implements a comprehensive range of technology functions including information application systems, information technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and ops-tech integration in NCSS.

Ethan has held appointments in Government Technology Agency (GovTech) Headquarters and the Public Service Division (PSD). At GovTech, he led the delivery of numerous public-facing digital products. At PSD, he spearheaded technological transformation initiatives for the Public Service, including the One Talent Gateway, HR analytics platform (ODIN), Employee Engagement System, and HR Lakehouse.

Ethan is passionate on leveraging technology and driving innovation in the public sector. His expertise and experience in digital transformation will add insights and perspectives to NCSS’ Digital Transformation, and support NCSS’ aspiration as a Digital Performer/Leader in time to come. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree specialising in Information Technology.
