If your feedback is about a social service agency, please contact the appropriate party:

  • Service-related feedback or general enquiries (e.g. quality of service, staff conduct, programme experience):
    You may contact the charity directly. Their contact details can be found in the Charity Portal (opens in new tab).

  • Serious concerns involving regulatory breaches (e.g. financial misconduct arising from fraud, governance breaches, non-compliance with the Charities Act and its regulations, or risk of harm or abuse to a charity, its assets, beneficiaries or reputation):
    You may report the concern to the Commissioner of Charities (COC) (opens in new tab). Note that suspected criminal activities will be referred to the Singapore Police Force for its action. In addition, any suspicious transactions or suspected terrorist financing activities should be reported to the Suspicious Transactions Reporting Office under the Commercial Affairs Department.

  • Breaches of NCSS sector membership framework (e.g. misrepresentation of membership status, non-compliance with membership criteria):
