Mr Kenneth Soo

Acting Director – Philanthropic Experience

Mr Kenneth Soo joined NCSS in April 2022 and assumed the role of Acting Director, Philanthropic Experience on 1 April 2026. Since joining NCSS in 2022, he has spearheaded work planning and performance management frameworks to guide NCSS's strategic direction, embedding futures thinking in sector planning and driving alignment across capability development, funding, and sector-wide initiatives.

He also led the Community Capability Trust - a dedicated trust for sector capability building - and drove the Transformation Sustainability Scheme (TSS) to strengthen organisational health across social service agencies.

Prior to NCSS, Kenneth’s career spanned multiple organisations, including the Singapore Economic Development Board, where he led industry development strategies and manpower initiatives, the Singapore University of Technology and Design, where he provided strategic leadership in admissions and planning, and conducted research work at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) in communications and integrated circuits.

Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
