Ms Angela Wong

Ms Angela Wong joined NCSS as Director of Human Resources on 29 September 2025, bringing with her over 20 years of extensive experience in human capital management and development across the public and private sectors. She has deep expertise in strategic workforce planning, performance and talent management, and HR policy and legislation.

Prior to joining NCSS, Angela served as Director of Human Capital Development at the Building and Construction Authority, where she oversaw the full spectrum of HR management and development functions. She has also held various HR roles at the Ministry of Digital Development and Information (then known as Ministry of Communications and Information) and in the private sector.

Angela is a certified IHRP-Senior Professional, MBTI® practitioner, and WorkPlace Big Five Profile™ practitioner. She is also a trained Career Coach, actively supporting career growth and transitions for public sector professionals under the Public Service Division (PSD)’s Public Service Career Coach Network.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Human Resource Specialisation) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and a Specialist Diploma in Career Counselling. Her contributions have been recognised with the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) in 2020.
