Ms Jerica Goh

Ms Jerica Goh joined NCSS in September 2024 as the Director of Service Delivery under the Services Group. In this role, she leads the Service Delivery team to achieve better outcomes for persons who use social services, so that these service users are empowered to live with dignity.

She brings a wealth of experience from her career in the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) and the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF), where she held various leadership positions. Notably, she was the first female Commanding Officer of a frigate in the RSN and served as Director of Nexus at MINDEF, where she collaborated with partners across the Public, Private, and People sectors to strengthen Singapore’s defence and unity.

Jerica holds a degree in Biotechnology from Imperial College, UK, and a Master of Business Administration (Nanyang Fellows Programme) from Nanyang Technological University. For her contributions, Jerica was conferred the Public Administration Medal (Silver) (Military), the Long Service Medal (Military), the Commendation Medal (COVID-19), and the COVID-19 Resilience Medal.
