Ms Kam Yoke May joined NCSS on 1 July 2026 as Group Director of Digital Transformation, driving technology strategy and modernising capabilities to elevate and empower the social service sector.

Prior to joining NCSS, Yoke May served at the Government Technology Agency (GovTech), where she led complex legacy modernisation and cloud migration initiatives. She delivered scalable Whole-of-Government (WOG) platforms that eliminated redundant investments across agencies, while expanding technical delivery capacity by overseeing Offshore Development Centres. She also played a key role in the IM8 reform, driving a shift from manual auditing to real-time automated compliance enforcement.

Before her tenure in public service, Yoke May built extensive experience within the global banking industry, delivering  financial systems anchored in  strict cybersecurity standards.She began her career in Silicon Valley, collaborating with tech leaders in the high-growth startup ecosystem and gained early exposure to cutting-edge technology development and agile engineering cultures.

Yoke May holds a Master of Science (Information Systems) from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science & Information Systems) from the National University of Singapore.
