Ms Lorriane Chue
Director – Special Duties
Ms Lorraine Chue assumed her role as Director of Special Duties in March 2026. Prior to this appointment, she served as Director of Membership from 1 July 2021, where she oversaw the recruitment of new member agencies, expanded membership resources, and nurtured relationships with over 500 member agencies.
Since joining NCSS in 2010, she has led various teams in enhancing member agency productivity, implementing the Personal Data Protection Act within the sector, collaborating with corporations and foundations to raise funds for President's Challenge and Community Chest, and reviewing the NCSS Act to strengthen NCSS's role as Sector Developer.
Before her transition to the public and social service sectors, Lorriane enjoyed a distinguished decade-long career in the private sector, where she led project teams in driving strategic transformations in customer service operations on a global scale.
Lorriane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Public Affairs from the University of California, Berkeley, USA.
Lorriane was rewarded and recognised for her dedications and commitment to Public Service with the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) in 2025.
