Ms Seema Dadlani joined NCSS as Director of Service Planning, Services Group on 1 April 2025.

Seema has served 20 years in the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), involved in wide-ranging portfolio including policy development, operations policy and service delivery. Seema has experience in leading and managing MOM's key service delivery touchpoints (Services Centre, Contact Centre and Website) to deliver timely, efficient and effective services to the citizens and service users. She is intimately involved in the transformation of  MOM as an innovative and customer-centric organisation.

Seema was rewarded and recognised for her dedications and commitment to Public Service with the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) (PPA(G) in 2021 and the COVID-19 Resilience Medal.

Seema holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences with Honours in Information & Communications Management from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and a Masters in Tri-Sector Collaboration from the Singapore Management University (SMU).
