Ms Seema Dadlani
Director, Service Planning
Ms Seema Dadlani joined NCSS in April 2025 as Director of Service Planning, where she supports the planning and design of Singapore’s social service ecosystem.
Her work is focused on ensuring that critical and emerging social needs are met through thoughtful resource allocation and service optimisation. A strong believer in tri-sector collaboration, Seema works alongside partners to develop coordinated responses to complex social challenges. She is a dedicated advocate for user-centricity, striving to make service journeys more seamless.
With 20 years of experience in the public service, Seema previously served in various roles at the Ministry of Manpower across policy, operations, and service delivery. Her commitment to public service has been recognised with the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) and the COVID-19 Resilience Medal.
Seema holds a Master’s in Tri-Sector Collaboration from Singapore Management University and a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.
