Organisation Health Diagnostic Scheme
The Organisational Health Diagnostic Scheme helps SSAs identify areas for improvement and build future capabilities.

Overview
The scheme supports social service agencies (SSAs) that wish to undertake an organisational health diagnostic to identify key areas for improvement and strategically plan future capability and capacity building efforts.
Agencies will procure own consultants to conduct an in-depth analysis and a 3-year Capability Roadmap with recommended strategies to strengthen your organisation further.
Eligibility criteria
Applicant shall be of the following:
Has the primary function of providing a social service or directly supporting the provision of a social service in Singapore.
Registered under the Business Names Registration Act 2014, Societies Act, incorporated under the Companies Act or established by or under any written law.
Has at least two years of continuous operation.
Staff of agency should not chair the Board and should not comprise more than one-third of the Board
Has a valid Organisational Health Framework for Social Service Assessment.
Key performance indicators
Identify and present a plan from the 3-year strategy document for implementation within 1 year.
Grant quantum
Agencies can be supported with co-funding from NCSS at up to 80%.
Funding under this scheme is assessed based on agencies grant proposal. Proposals will be assessed on factors such as the agency's commitment from leadership and the Board to organisational health, recent efforts undertaken to improve organisational health, and the agency's readiness to translate diagnostic findings into concrete capability building plans.
