Overview
As caregiver needs grow increasingly complex, the Income OrangeAid Caregiver Support Accelerator Grant — a strategic partnership between Income Insurance Limited and NCSS — aims to accelerate the growth of social service programmes through innovative, collaborative, and empowering solutions that strengthen caregivers’ resilience and ease their caregiving burden.
Through this grant, social service agencies and their partners will have the opportunity to develop, enhance, and/or scale impactful caregiver initiatives.
Capability building through workshops: Selected applicants will be invited to attend an accelerator workshops on design thinking to refine programme design for pitch session.
Funding support: Successful grantee programmes will receive support of up to $200,000 per year for 2 years, with a possible 3rd-year extension of up to $100,000.

Grant quantum
The grant will operate from February 2026 to January 2029 will fund up to 10 grantee programmes per grant call.

Year 3 (2028) | Up to $100,000 |
Year 3 funding is based on programme performance and a refined proposal on the scaling and financial sustainability of programme.
Eligibility criteria
Open to all Institutions of a Public Character (IPCs) who:
Have prior experience in implementing caregiver programmes; or
Apply in collaboration with a partner (e.g. social innovators, social enterprises or institutes of higher learning), including non-IPCs, with experience or expertise in developing or implementing caregiver programmes.
Other non-profit organisations and social innovators with experience in caregiver programmes who wish to apply without an IPC partner will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Interested parties may apply for the OrangeAid Caregiver Grant by filling in the application form via FormSG.
Application timeline
Applications for the first grant call are now open. Applications will close on 14 December 2025.
Applicants will be informed by end December if they are shortlisted to proceed to the accelerator workshops.
