Manoj currently oversees the allied health professionals group of therapists and psychologists, who serve AWWA programmes and other social service agencies in Singapore. Manoj is a speech-language pathologist who has donned clinical, training and management roles in his career spanning 20 years in the field of early intervention and special education.
Manoj is on the Resource Panel for leadership development appointed by the Ministry of Social and Family Development and a mentor for the SunRay programme appointed by NCSS.
He has a Masters in Speech Pathology & Audiology and extensive post-graduate certification in the Neuro-development Treatment (NDT) approach, Treatment & Education of Autistic Children & other Communication Handicaps (TEACCH), Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Orton Gillingham Approach for children with Dyslexia and Hanen programmes for teachers and parents. He is also a certified administrator of the MBTI suite of instruments and Extended DISC for personal and team development. Manoj has an Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) and is passionate about teaching and adult education.
