Volunteer Management Champion Programme

Overview

The NCSS Volunteer Management (VM) Champion Programme, launched in December 2020, is more than a leadership initiative - it's a vibrant movement. Our goal is to nurture a select group of passionate Volunteer Managers into subject-matter experts and advocates for strategic volunteer management. These VM Champions are essential to sustaining volunteerism and reinforcing our social fabric.

With the support of NCSS, our VM Champions act as key advocates and influencers, sharing best practices and promoting effective volunteer management in collaboration with strategic partners.
