Developmental Disability Registry (DDR) ID Card
Caregivers of persons with developmental disabilities are often concerned about the safety and well-being of their wards. The Developmental Disability Registry (DDR)
Identity (ID) card will help members of the public identify and extend appropriate assistance to them when needed. The card can be generated through participating social service agencies.
For more information on Developmental Disability Registry (DDR)
Identity (ID) card, please refer to the Enabling Guide by SG Enable.
