Overview
The seventh run of the signature youth leadership programme was held from 20 August to 22 August 2025 at Civil Service Club (CSC) Changi. 40 youth leaders from the social service, healthcare, public and private sectors gathered to learn, network, reflect on sharing by guest speakers, and discuss issues at a macro level.
The theme for 2025 was "Learn, Lead, Link, with Purpose", taking participants on a transformative journey of:
Learning through immersive experiences and practical insights from industry leaders across sectors
Leading by developing self-awareness and applying personal strengths to build effective teams
Linking by fostering cross-sector partnerships and collaborative solutions to common challenges
Participants valued the personal and authentic insights shared by distinguished speakers across diverse sectors, including corporate leaders who shared business perspectives on social impact, content creators who discussed leveraging digital platforms for social good, as well as an exclusive Ask Me Anything session with Mr Goh Pei Ming, Minister of State for Social and Family Development.
The programme included experiential learning journeys to Marina Bay Sands to explore large-scale operations, Singapore Prison Service to understand integrated rehabilitation systems, and HCA Oasis @ Outram to examine how environmental design enhances service delivery. These immersive experiences offered practical insights that participants could apply to improve their own organisations' service delivery.
Participants engaged in inspirational and reflective sessions designed to cultivate their Leadership DNA by exploring individual personality profiles to maximise strengths and mitigate potential leadership blind spots. They also had opportunities to apply their insights through an Unconference format that facilitated discussions on collaborative possibilities.
Through these comprehensive engagements, participants engaged in holistic learning to build a collaborative community of emerging social service leaders.
