Tiffany Wang is recognised for her dedication to inclusive care and transformative leadership in psychological services for persons with intellectual disabilities (PWIDs). As AHP Head at MINDS, she has driven service innovation and sector-wide change, reaching over 3,500 clients in just six months.
With over a decade of experience, Tiffany leads a multidisciplinary team of over 120 allied health professionals, delivering tailored interventions that empower individuals and caregivers. Her efforts have improved care integration, case management, and therapy access across MINDSville and its programmes. Initiatives like Project M, Golden Gatherings for elderly PWIDs, and adapted resources like The Easy Way Out have enhanced quality of life across age and ability spectrums.
A passionate innovator, Tiffany made significant contributions as a core team member in developing the Healthy and Safe Relationships (HSR) Community of Practice to advance best practices in PWID care. She also adapted services during the COVID-19 pandemic by transitioning therapy online—ensuring continuity of care and staff well-being.
Tiffany’s impact on workforce development is evident in MINDS Psychology Department's 80% staff retention, full staffing by 2023, and a 40% increase in training participation. Her work in securing funding, revamping systems, and shaping national skills frameworks has elevated the profession.
For her outstanding contributions to holistic, inclusive care, Tiffany is awarded the Merit Award 2025.
