As seniors age, mental health often becomes an overlooked yet pressing concern. Loneliness and isolation can affect their emotional and physical well-being, leading to anxiety, depression, and a diminished sense of purpose. Addressing these issues is vital to helping seniors live fulfilling lives with dignity and joy.

For Madam Daisy, these challenges were all too real. She struggled with severe anxiety due to her loneliness and was at a loss until a friend rrecommended SAGE counselling services, a programme funded by Community Chest.

At SAGE, Madam Daisy connected with a compassionate counsellor who transformed her life. With his guidance, her anxiety began to ease, and she gradually learned how to reframe her mindset. Over time, Madam Daisy regained her confidence and found new ways to embrace life’s challenges independently.
