Ron - Beyond the Label - Mental Health Advocate

Ron always knew that there was something that sets him apart — his perfectionism, social anxiety and countless obsessions. Seeing a mental health post on his Instagram account led him to seek professional help. Everything clicked after he consulted a counsellor and psychologist. With signs of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, he began his recovery process.

That experience allowed him to realise the power of social media in spreading mental health awareness. He has made great strides in his recovery and likes to share that process of discovery with others, helping other activists and healers do the same.

Today, Ron is a strong advocate for mental health. He runs his own IG page @mentalhealthCEO that provides info and advice on mental health.
