Tech Subsidy for Social Service Agencies (SSAs)

 

 

Start Digital

SSAs can start their technology journey by taking up IT solutions to harness ICT, automate processes and embark on digital transformation projects. Agencies can enjoy up to 80% subsidy capped at $150,000 per agency.

Please ensure your vendor uses the quotation templates when submitting the quotation to NCSS.

    Go Digital

    Go Digital Funding aims to support SSAs in implementing large-scale/specialised information technology (IT) solutions for optimal resource utilisation and improved productivity. Agencies can enjoy up to 80 per cent subsidy capped at $300,000 per project.

    Applicants should submit a preliminary assessment form at www.go.gov.sg/tngprelim for assessment before submission of application on the OSG portal. Please note that if your agency has not submitted a preliminary assessment, your application runs the risk of being rejected.

    Please also ensure your vendor includes this cost schedule template within the proposal when submitting the quotation to NCSS.

    Grow Digital

    Grow Digital funds non-pre-scoped or large-scale tech solutions, focusing on personalised, service user-centered solutions. Agencies can enjoy up to 80 per cent subsidy capped at $450,000 per project.

    Applicants should submit a preliminary assessment form at www.go.gov.sg/tngprelim for assessment before submission of application on the OSG portal. Please note that if your agency has not submitted a preliminary assessment, your application runs the risk of being rejected.
