The Digital Acceleration Index (DAI), developed by NCSS and Boston Consulting Group, helps Social Service Agencies (SSAs) in their digital transformation. It evaluates their digital strengths and areas for improvement, offering clear insights to guide their strategies. This allows SSAs to future-proof their operations and stay responsive to changing needs.
By using the DAI, agencies can also track their progress over time and compare their growth with others in the sector, ensuring they are well-prepared for the future.
