Overview

The programme aims to uplift data proficiency in the social service sector by providing resources to social service agencies (SSAs) to become more data driven in their operations and services so that SSAs can provide better services and improve client outcomes.

Through the programme, carefully-curated data templates are created for SSAs to generate automated dashboards that can analyse data and provide deeper insights on the 4 shortlisted common use cases:
