Overview

If you suspect that you or a loved one is facing mental health challenges, reach out to someone for support. You can also talk to your school counsellors and seek help early.

Better support peers and loved ones

  • Take on the role of a Peer Supporter by contacting your school's Office of Student Affairs.

  • Equip yourself with knowledge about mental health or join a support group to better manage your mental health.

Here are 5 ways to support:

  1. Be a catalyst for change: Get involved as a mental health volunteer with organisations such as Campus PSY, Silver Ribbon (Singapore) youth Chapter, TOUCH, Singapore Association for Mental Health, CHAT and Care SG.

  2. Inspire with your story: Share your personal experiences to inspire and support others.

  3. Raise awareness: Incorporate mental health topics into your school projects and initiate conversations on mental health and stigma.

  4. Support our movement: Like & Share the Beyond the Label Facebook page, or make use of the campaign materials and resources.

  5. Promote mental health: Share mental health-related content on your social media to encourage good mental health practices and resilience.
