Mr Ang Hao Yao is Chairman of The National Kidney Foundation (NKF) and Credit Counselling Singapore. He previously served as Chairman of SATA CommHealth. He has extensive experience in corporate governance, financial oversight and organisational leadership across the social service and healthcare sectors. He also contributes to the financial sector through roles on the Corporate Governance Advisory Committee of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Disciplinary and Appeals Committees of the Singapore Exchange (SGX).

Beyond his professional roles, Hao Yao has contributed to the social service sector through his tenure on the Charity Council, where he played a key role in advancing governance standards, including Chairing the Code of Governance Review Subcommittee, leading to the launch of the revised Code in 2023.
