Explore SSI's innovative learning approaches and wide range of courses tailored to social service professionals.
Overview

At the Social Service Institute (SSI), learning extends beyond the classroom. In line with our forward-looking strategy to stay relevant and innovative, we believe that informal and social learning are just as important as formal training. Learning can take place anywhere and at any time, and technology is essential to creating novel and rewarding experiences.
We are redefining learning in the social service and non-profit sectors by using innovative methodologies and technology-driven solutions to provide professionals with the skills they need to make a significant impact.
SSI provides training programmes that cover a wide range of areas in the social service sector. While each category focusses on a distinct area, professionals are urged to take a horizontal learning strategy, acquiring cross-industry information to develop a well-rounded skill set for their roles.
