How to register for SSI courses
Register for courses, access flexible learning materials and earn certifications as a social service professional.

The Social Service Institute (SSI) integrates smart classroom technology and innovative teaching methods, including online platforms, to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment for learners. Course participants can expect an enhance learning experience which includes:
Access to online courseware, reducing the need for printed materials.
Completion of an online course evaluation for valuable feedback.
Receipt of e-certificates upon course completion, providing easy access to your achievements.
Registration for individuals
Visit the Online Registration Portal
To start your course application, log in to the Online Registration Portal. If you are new to SSI, please register for an account with your Singpass.Apply for the Course
Select your preferred course and complete the course application form and submit it through the portal.Funding Eligibility Assessment
Upon application, you will be screened for SkillsFuture Singapore funding eligibility, based on the terms and conditions.

Registration for Organisations
Visit the Online Registration Portal
Log in to the Online Registration Portal. If you are new to SSI, register for an account with your CorpPass.Select Courses for Employees
Administrators can browse and select the relevant courses for their employees.Complete the Application
Fill in the necessary details and submit the course applications for your employees through the portal.
For assistance with the process, refer to the Client User Guide for organisation-sponsored registrations.
Course application processing time
The processing time for individual and organisation course applications is the same. Please note, registration for courses closes 5-8 weeks before the course start date. Payment will be required before course confirmation is processed.
