By collaborating and co-creating, we can build a connected and sustainable social service ecosystem.

The NCSS (Amendment) Act was passed in January 2026. From 1 August 2026, there will be a single sector membership tier.

 To be appointed as a Sector member, an organisation must either:

  1. have the primary function of providing a social service in Singapore; or

  2. have the primary function of directly supporting the provision of a social service in Singapore.
