Ms Lydia Loh leads the Healthcare Finance Group at the Ministry of Health in Singapore to formulate, review and implement healthcare financing policies and strategies to ensure affordability and accessibility of basic medical services for Singaporeans, and sustainability of the healthcare system over the long term. This includes government subvention to hospitals, primary care and long-term care service providers, as well as subsidies, insurance, national healthcare savings and safety nets.

Prior to her role in the Ministry of Health, Lydia had served in several government agencies, including the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Communications and Information.
