Ms Sim May Ling, Theresa

Ms Theresa Sim is an Assurance Partner with over 32 years of professional experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Singapore. She had also served more than 12 years as a member of the Leadership Team as the Chief Operations Leader and Chief Financial Officer.

Theresa has extensive expertise in providing audit services of listed, multinational companies and statutory boards in various industries. Her diverse experience enables her to contribute meaningfully to areas such as strategy, financial risk governance, risk management, performance optimisation, AI adoption and transformation.

Theresa is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. Her current external appointments include Chairperson and Executive Committee Member of Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise Ltd (raiSE), Board Member and Audit Committee Member of Sport Singapore and Justice of the Peace under the Ministry of Home Affairs.

In recognition of her contributions, Theresa was awarded the Public Service Medal in August 2026.
