MSF Outstanding Lifetime Volunteer Award 2022 - Mr Phillip Tan
Mr Phillip Tan, EXCO member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) and Chairman of Community Chest Singapore, has been honoured the highest acccolade at the MSF Volunteer & Partner Awards 2022 - the Outstanding Lifetime Volunteer Award 2022.

 

Passionate about serving the community, he is a long-serving volunteer whose service with NCSS dates back to 1983. He has contributed as Chairman of the Budget and Allocation Committee for the Elderly and has made significant contributions to the transformation of NCSS and the social service sector. MSF Singapore
