The Land Transport Authority's Certificate of Entitlement (COE) Exemption Scheme allows eligible social service agencies to be exempted from payment of the COE for vehicles that are used to transport elderly or disabled beneficiaries of their services/programmes.
NCSS member agencies can receive 50% off on music copyright fees payable to the Composers and Authors Society of Singapore Ltd (COMPASS). These fees are to be paid when musical works controlled by COMPASS are played or broadcast at any event.
SingTel has partnered with NCSS to subsidise selected telecommunication costs for social service agencies through the SingTel Sponsorship Scheme. This scheme covers telecommunication lines and broadband plans from SingTel and SingNet.
The Urban Redevelopment Authority’s (URA) Community and Sports Facilities Scheme (CSFS) aims to facilitate the integration of community facilities with commercial developments such as shopping malls. Under this scheme, landlords are granted additional Gross Floor Area (GFA) for premises that are largely used for community outreach including social services such as disability, family and eldercare services.
The Developmental Disability Registry (DDR) is a centralised registry to capture and update information of clients with disabilities who would like to or have registered for the DDR ID card.
Users would need to have their accounts created by the User Administrator in their respective Social Service Agency in order to access it. Thereafter, they would use their personal SingPass account to access DDR.
The VCF Management System (VCFMS) is an online application system for VCF Local Training funding.

Fund Application System (FAS) is the online application system to apply for funding, i.e. ToteBoard Social Service Fund (TBSSF), VWO-Charities Capability Fund (VCF) and Community Chest.
Please complete all sections of the application forms and attach the required document(s) and supplementary form(s) for the grant applied before submission.
Please note that the attachments cannot be more than 5MB and please save the application form periodically to prevent data loss. Applicant may take 1 – 2 hours to complete the application form if all the required supporting document(s) are in place. The processing time and Terms and Conditions of the applications will differ according to the grant type. Please contact the respective contact persons for more information.

a. The application will take about 20 minutes to complete.

c. The application must be endorsed by the Chairperson /President of the agency to be considered as complete. If the applicant is not the Chairperson, an email will be sent to the Chairperson/President so that s/he can complete the declaration section online.
d. Upon the receipt of your application, you will receive an acknowledgement within 3 days. An NCSS staff may contact your agency for more details.
e. Approval of NCSS membership and the type of membership to be granted will be decided by the NCSS Executive Committee.
f. Your agency should be informed of the outcome of the application via post within 3 months from the date the application was received.
